Product Description

Test principle of waterproof detector:
 
The waterproof tester mainly uses compressed air as the medium, so the alias is also called the airtight tester. It applies a certain pressure to the inner cavity or surface of the product to be tested (positive pressure method), and the negative pressure is vacuuming, and then undergoes secondary development. The precision sensor (0.02%FS accuracy) detects pressure changes to determine the waterproof performance of the product to be tested. Because it uses compressed air as the medium, the air has almost no viscosity, so there is no secondary pollution to the product. At the same time, the detection speed and accuracy are better than water detection (air molecules are smaller than water molecules, and the leakage rate is fast), especially suitable for online waterproof testing .
